A few weeks ago, I bought this case in black and a Sena Elega case in tan directly from Sena. Now the case in black/red is coming to me from Amazon at a better price – can’t wait. The flip case fits snugly and is incredibly thin while offering very good protection for IT2G. The leather quality is excellent and the stitching and craftsmanship is among the very best for iPod cases. A little more expensive than other cases, but every time someone sees it, they ask me who makes and where can they get one. I leave my case in this almost 100% of the time, it’s just so nice and it’s easy to sync/charge via cable/computer. Do yourself a favor – get one!

Yes, this case is astronomically expensive and costs way more than it should for what you get. And, I didn’t really need “European” leather either (could it really be that much better than “American” leather?). However, I couldn’t find another case with the specs I wanted and this is high quality.
All the flip cases I looked at or tried had a belt clip, or opened horizontally. I put my touch in my purse so I didn’t want a belt clip, and the vertical flap opening is easier to hold than the horizontal. This cases has the perfect design for me. It is very form fitting, but I have no problem accessing the ports. It is all leather, with solid stitching and the black and red design is sleek and appealing. The case has a snap closure so the flap doesn’t move and expose the screen accidentally. Plus, it has an optional belt clip included (which I didn’t need but others may).
Overall, I love this case despite the price. It is more than most other cases, but considering how much I paid for the iPod touch it was worth the investment to get exactly what I wanted to protect it.

Pro: Looks good, Leather quality excellent
Cons: Not really as slim as i expected for the price. The belt clip makes it stand out more than an two inch, killing the thin profile of touch. Also, after a couple of weeks, it was loose enough that my ipod dropped out when I accidentally turned the unlocked case over.
Final advice: Go for the cheaper leather cases.
